OUR TRAINING PROGRAMMES

The Agency offers quarterly training in Professional Classes and Basic Computer Appreciation, which is facilitated by experienced professionals. At the end of the training, certificates of participation are issued to the students.

The Professional Classes comprises of the following courses: Communication Skills, Customer Service, Business Start-up, Job Ethics / Etiquette, Interview Techniques & Resume Writing, Personal Financial Planning and Personal Hygiene.

The Basic Computer Appreciation focuses on imparting free Basic Desktop Computing knowledge to equip trainees with computer skills that are essential in today's labour market. The training combines’ classroom instruction with a hands-on demonstration as participants will have the opportunity to carry out simple tasks on the computer as they learn. The training curriculum comprises:

• - Basic Overview of Computers
• - Microsoft Windows Operating System
• - Microsoft Word
• - Microsoft Excel

The Agency also offers Business Management Services to Grace Springs Vocational Centre by preparing students for entrepreneurship both as employers and employees.
