Pastor Nomthi Odukoya has announced to members of the fountain of life church that God is their refuge, strength, and very present help in times of trouble. She said this while encouraging the congregation at the November 29 annual thanksgiving service from Psalm 46:1 which is the promise for the week for the church.
According to her, “We have nowhere else to go to but to God. Though God can use people sometimes when we are in need, or in trouble, but God’s help has no expiry date. God can never get tired or be fed-up with us. When you cry out to God, you prove to Him that you trust Him.”
While adding that God wants the worshippers to be happy at all times because He has shown them His goodness, Pastor Nomthi insisted that, “God has been good to us.”

Pastor Nomthi Odukoya has asserted that there is always fullness of joy in the presence of God. She stated this while speaking during the November 26, 2020 Thursday Showers which held at the church auditorium in Ilupeju, Lagos State, Nigeria.
Addressing the participants of the showers service from Psalm 100:1-5, the Associate Senior Pastor hinted that God’s truth will endure and that whatever God has said concerning them will come to pass.
While charging the worshippers to come into the presence of God with thanksgiving, Pastor Nomthi said, “His truth endures through all generations. Come into His presence expecting something from Him. When you come to God with dancing and thanksgiving, it shows God that you are expecting something.”
She thereafter urged the worshippers to refuse to go back the same way they came.
