PASTOR NOMTHI’S WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT @THURSDAY SHOWERS
Pastor Nomthi at the October 5 Thursday showers urged believers never to see anything in their lives as ordinary because when such seeming ordinary things are given to Jesus Christ, they become extraordinary just as Jesus turned water into wine at the wedding of Cana in Galilee as recorded in John 2:1-7.
According to her, wine in the lives of believers can connote joy, peace, breakthrough and all sorts of good news and such wine can run out. But when believers go to Jesus with their empty containers, Jesus will refill them. “At times, you can run out on wine but if you can go to Jesus, He will do something miraculous,” she said.
She therefore urged them not to allow the devil push them to a point where they don’t even have any iota of hope. This, she said, may hinder their miracles. “All you need to do is to take your water pot and go to Jesus for a refill once you discover that you have run out of wine,” she said.
