Pastor Taiwo Odukoya during his message at the March 3 Sunday service enjoined believers to understand that God has a purpose for creating them and will surely bring it to pass. According to him, God’s thoughts towards His own are of peace and to bring them to an expected end. “God made you for a particular purpose. The least you can do is to believe in this God who believes so much in you if you want your life to find the rhythm of success and peace,” he said.
Speaking from Jeremiah 29:11, Isaiah 46:9-10 and Jeremiah 31:3, he said that just as they did not make any contribution to their birth, they do not also have any certain plan for their future except that of the One who made them. Aligning oneself to that plan, he said, will make them achieve greatness. “That you are still alive means God has a plan for you. So think of yourself like He is thinking of you,” he enjoined.
He then urged them to always believe that their future is glorious because there is a special purpose for their lives. “There is an expected end for you because God knows exactly what you need and He knows what to do. Just bring your petition to Him with thanksgiving and let Him do it,” he said.
“HIS WORKS AND WAYS ARE PERFECT”

Pastor Taiwo Odukoya made it clear to the worshippers at the February 28 Thursday Showers service that God’s works and ways are perfect irrespective of their situations. According to him, tough times and bad situations do not make God unjust. “His ways and works are perfect and He’s always fair no matter the situation,” he said.
Speaking from Deuteronomy 32:3-4 and Romans 8:28, he said that all things work together for the good of those who love and trust God, and such people cannot be ridiculed by any situation because God will always step in. “God will never be ridiculed over your situation because He never fails. So don’t let anything sadden you; let it be an occasion for worship because God knows exactly what He is doing,” he noted.
He then implored them to always trust God because He is always working for their good.
