Pastor Nomthi at the July 8 Sunday service noted that change is a guaranteed feature of life and God always comes through for those who patiently wait on Him irrespective of how terrible or long their challenges might seem. “It doesn’t matter what battle you are fighting right now, your change will come,” she said.
Speaking from Job 14:14 which is the promise for the week, she said that God is the only One who can solve all problems, so believers should always look unto Him without allowing any doubt. “Never allow doubt in your heart. Don’t give up on Him and don’t give Him a cold shoulder. Trust in Him and your change will come,” she stated.

Using the account of the blind man healed by Jesus (recorded in John 9:1-12) as an illustration, Pastor Nomthi at the July 5 Thursday Showers service encouraged the congregation to truly know Jesus beyond the miracles He gives them. This, she said, will give them the boldness to testify about and even win souls for Him. “When you receive a miracle from Jesus, don’t glory in that miracle and forget about the miracle worker. Your testimony should draw people to Jesus,” she said.
She noted that believers’ responses to anyone who asked them about Jesus, whether verbally or otherwise, should always reveal an understanding of who Jesus is to them. This, she said, will happen when they imbibe the Word of God. “If your life is seasoned with salt (the Word of God), they will know and see Jesus in you,” she stated.
