Taking the promise of the week from the Book of Isaiah 59:19, Pastor Nomthi at the October 25 Sunday service encouraged believers not to change their positive confessions regardless of what is happening around them, noting that the current situation in the country should not overwhelm them to despondency.
She urged them to trust God to intervene in the situation of the country and avenge on anything that wants to destroy the peace of Nigeria. In her words, “The Spirit of God is raising a standard against the enemies. The enemies will drown in the flood of the word of God. But when we stop praising God, we would continue to be in the same level with the enemies and God forbid this.”
