Pastor Nomthi at the October 4 Sunday service admonished the congregation from Zephaniah 3:19 that God will bring them out of whatever shame the devil has put them into, noting that God is always fighting their battles and would restore them.
In her words, “Everywhere the devil has put you to shame, God will gather you and bring you back for His praise and fame so that the world will know that God is for you. He will renew your life and you will even be better than before. Everywhere the devil has made you lame, God is strengthening your bones and giving you a new strength to trample upon the devil.”
She therefore urged them not to lose hope as God is still working for their good. “You will be back to your place with double honour, in Jesus name. See yourself crossing that Red Sea and your enemies being crushed where they think they would kill you,” she said.
